WhatsApp routing that understands what the customer wants

Instead of keyword rules, you describe each kind of enquiry in plain language, for example "wants a quotation" or "asking about an existing booking". What it does

  • Reply automatically, forward by email or WhatsApp, or reply and forward together.
  • Handle several WhatsApp Business numbers, each with its own business name and information.
  • Use a fallback route for messages that match nothing.
  • Stop reply loops with a reply limit, and keep message logs for 90 days.

How it works

  1. Create a Meta developer app, add the WhatsApp product, and copy the phone number ID, business account ID, access token and app secret.
  2. Add the number in the template and paste the webhook URL and verify token into Meta so messages reach Coderva.
  3. Write your routes: a name, a plain description of the enquiry, and what should happen when it matches.
  4. Set the fallback, use the Test message tab, then enable the workflow.

Can the customer redirect the agent somewhere else?

No. The agent can only act on destinations you saved in the configuration, so customers cannot send it to a different address or number.

Do I need a published Meta app?

In Meta development mode, customer messages are delivered only to people with a role on the app. Switch the app to live to receive messages from everyone.
